INMACSl is proud to offer an intense and holistic training and development programme to its team members. At the recruitment stage, the process followed includes a written exam and a knowledge test to gauge the technical capabilities of the candidates. On selection, the new hire is assigned a team with a senior manager to provide on the job training, guidance and mentoring on a continuous basis.
This is supplemented with weekly coaching and study meetings and team-building exercises. The firm encourages team members to participate in conferences and seminars for continued learning and information sharing. To complete the process, there are regular performance review and appraisal sessions to mitigate any gaps and build on the strengths of the team.
